CutGuard Ultra-Elastic Cut Resistant Gloves

No good against quilting rotory cutters.

Three years I’ve been searching for the perfect cut glove. This is close as I’ve ever came to finding the perfect cut glove. In the kitchen, we have to wear nitrile glove over the top of are cut gloves to reduce cross contamination. I normally wear XL nitrile gloves. But when it comes to my cutting glove, I wear a medium cutting glove and a large nitrile glove over the top. Because if you ever worked in the kitchen, the last thing you want is the finger chips of your gloves getting under the weight of your knife so I wear a glove that’s tied to the hand these fit perfect. They are a little hard to get off but that’s the point. The only issue I have with this glove is the cuff is starting to unravel after a few months of hard use. Highly recommend anyone that works in the kitchen. Use these gloves, not only for their cut resistance, but also the added bonus of heat resistance when handling hot foods in or out of a hotel pan or any pan.

Fit right, priced right, protect right,,,can’t ask for anything else!

I have a penchant for spicy food, which means I often find myself chopping onions and cloves of garlic. One day, I got a bit too enthusiastic and ended up emitting strong vapors! A friend suggested I try using "Food Gloves", so I did a quick search and decided to give them a try. They are slightly larger than expected, leaving a bit too much room at my fingertips. I would recommend considering a smaller size if possible. However, I no longer have to worry about my fingers smelling like onions and garlic, plus there is the added bonus of protecting myself from knife edges. Overall, a great purchase!
