I had high hopes

After brief stints of wearing them, they seemed to be great. But, then came the day I wore them for a period of five or six hours. After which, I discovered the lens of the safety glasses and my prescription glasses were marred as a result of repeated rubbing. I had not detected any issues with the fit up to then. Perhaps a thin piece of foam or rubber running inside along the top frame would provide the separation needed.

Reply from NOCRYHi Jeff, Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback with us. We’re glad the glasses initially seemed to work well for you, but we’re truly sorry to hear that extended wear led to rubbing that damaged both the safety glasses’ lenses and your prescription lenses. We understand how disappointing that must be, especially when you had high hopes for them. Your suggestion about adding a thin layer of foam or rubber along the inside of the top frame is very helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team for consideration. We’d also like to help make this right. I’ve reached out to you via email so we can learn a little more about your experience and discuss how we can assist. Please feel free to reply when you have a moment. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate the opportunity to help. Best regards, Taylor from NoCry
