The name is a vow
Built so you get home™
That's the vow. It was never a wince. In a category full of chest-thumping, we're tough enough to say what the gear is actually for: the people waiting on you to walk back through the door.
The founder
Where the vow comes from
I grew up poor in Estonia in the nineties. Home wasn't steady, so I grew up fast. I started working as a kid: summers at a fish farm, then construction, then forestry. In high school my father, a lifelong mechanic, taught me to weld. I became a metal fabricator, converting minivans into tool vans for mechanics. The first work I was ever proud of.
But growing up with nothing, I knew a wage would only ever get me by. I wanted something of my own. I tried business after business, and every one failed. Then my girlfriend, now my wife, got pregnant. I was in debt and at my lowest. Depression followed.
NOCRY started there in 2012. Not a garage dream. A stark need to provide for my family. I went to work gear because work was what I knew. We put our name on plain products and sold them on Amazon. I won't dress that up.
But when survival depends on review scores, you learn to listen. We made the gear better, answered every message and honored every claim. Then we dropped other people's products and built our own R&D team. We'd found our calling: the best damn PPE we can make, with the people who wear it.
None of it came easy. The company nearly died more than once, and I've battled depression along the way, some of it rooted in that unsteady home. I push through the same way you do. For the people who depend on me.
So when we say built so you get home, it isn't a line an agency sold me. I started this company to get my own family home. Coming from nothing, building something. Not for yourself, for the people close to you. If that's your story too, you were in the Pack before you ever bought the gear.

The idea
Protect the Pack
Every crew is a pack. Every pack has people counting on it to come home. NOCRY exists to bring them home. The Pack isn't a customer list. It's who you belong to when the wolf's on your chest. Knee pads and safety glasses are just what's in the box. The rest is who you look after: the people beside you, and the people behind you. The gear is how you carry it.
You
It starts here. Your body is what every job, every paycheck and everyone at home runs on. Guard it first.
Your crew
The ones beside you on the job. You watch their backs; the gear watches yours.
Your people
The ones at home. The whole reason getting home in one piece is the only acceptable end to a shift.
Your trade
Everyone who does the work. A brotherhood and sisterhood worth protecting and worth belonging to.
What we stand for
Four things we don't bend on
Every worker home
Safety is care, not compliance. The end of every shift should look like the worker walking through their own door.
Built with, not at
The people who wear it help make it. Real co-development is the engine, not a marketing line.
Earn it twice
Once on the spec sheet. Once on the jobsite. If it only wins on paper, it hasn't earned the wolf.
The Pack
Crews, families, the trade. We look after our own, loudly when it helps, quietly when that's what's needed.
What we build
Protection only works when it's worn
Comfort is what gets the gear worn, and what gets it bought again. So every product answers five questions before it ships. Does it fit, women's and small sizes included? Does it stay put at hour eight? Does it punish, fog, pinch or cook? Does it look like something a pro would wear, on the job and off it? Does it last, and is it replaceable where it wears?
Built with, not at
The Pack panel
The Pack has a direct line to the bench. Real pros weigh in on what we build: ideas in, prototypes out, names on what ships. We listen, we answer, and we give back more than we take.
Tiers
One vow. Every price.
A $20 pad and a $60 pad make the same promise: you get home. What scales is the build, how long it lasts, how well it fits, where you find it. The vow never scales down. The proof scales up.
Same warranty on every one. Same promise on every box. See the range
Every worker home
All the way home
Construction loses more of its own to suicide each year than to every jobsite hazard combined. If "every worker home" means anything, it means this too. We fund the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention, put the 988 card in every box, and report the money every year. If today is a hard one, talk to someone. That's the Pack too.
