SECTION 1 – WHO WE ARE

NoCry.com is an online retail store, which specializes in selling various work equipment such as work gloves, knee pads, safety glasses and other work gear. We provide an Internet store from which customers can choose between our range of products and can order them online. NoCry.com is operated by NoCry and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "NoCry" or "we"). 

SECTION 2 – WHAT INFORMATION DO WE GATHER?

When you visit our website or make a purchase, we may collect personal information, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details. We collect this information to fulfil your orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. 

If you register yourself as a user on our webpage, we further gather information regarding the user registration, such as a username, e-mail address, and password. This information is gathered for user registration and/or shopping delivery purposes only. The invoice information will be stored for up to 7 years from the time of issuing the invoice.

We may also collect non-personal information, such as your browser type, IP address, and browsing patterns. This information is used for analytical purposes to enhance your shopping experience and improve our website's functionality.

SECTION 3 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling and processing your orders
• Communicating with you about your orders and inquiries
• Providing customer support
• Sending promotional emails/text messages or newsletters (you can opt out at any time)
• Analyzing website usage and improving our services

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Text marketing: With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

SECTION 4 – CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. 

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no on our website.

Who is the person responsible for using my information?

The person within NoCry responsible for the collection and use of your personal information is our Privacy Compliance Officer, who you can reach by writing an e-mail to privacy@nocry.com.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in (given your consent for us to use the personal information that you have provided us), you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at  privacy@nocry.com

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the purpose of delivering to you the services described in section 3, or as required by law. 

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

NoCry and its affiliates do not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payments services (provided by Stripe or Paypal):

We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your order number, and the security code associated with your payment. All payment data is stored by Stripe or PayPal. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit/debit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and ApplePay. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow all the relevant laws and industry best practices to make sure it is not misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

7. geolocationModal - Memorizes if the user has seen geolocation already or not.
8. wishlistProducts - Keeps user-selected wishlist products.
9. ship-to-different-address-checkbox - Memorizes if the user has checked “Ship to a different address”
10. billing_email_offers - Memorizes if the user has checked “Send me email offers”
11. send_special_offers_through_text - Memorizes if the user has checked “Send me special offers through text message”

1. _ga - Used by Google Analytics to collect data on the number of times a user has visited the website as well as dates for the first and most recent visit.

3. _gat - Used by Google Analytics to throttle request rate.
4. _gid - Registers a unique ID that is used to generate statistical data on how the visitor uses the website.
5. _gcl_au - Used by Google AdSense for experimenting with advertisement efficiency across websites using their services

Carrier Compatibility: Our SMS messages are compatible with all major US carriers, including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. However, we cannot guarantee that our SMS messages will be compatible with all carriers or mobile devices.

Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through our SMS communication will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to SMS Communication: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our SMS communication at any time without notice. If we make material changes to this SMS section, we will notify you here or through an SMS message, so that you are aware of any changes or updates.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, including when required to do so by law, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you. We shall notify you of any changes in the ownership and/or the privacy terms of the new owner immediately.
