I can't say enough good things about these glasses for screens. I used to suffer from eye strain after staring at my computer all day at work. But since I bought these glasses, it's been a game-changer. I'm seriously considering becoming a spokesperson for them because they've made such a difference. Trust me, your eyes will thank you if you invest in a pair of these glasses.

I was extremely let down by these glasses. They are completely useless since you still need to wear your regular glasses underneath in order to see properly. Save your money and avoid purchasing these, as they do not fit over glasses at all.

These glasses have definitely made a difference in my ability to wind down and get some shut-eye after a long gaming session on my phone.

I purchased this product with the intention of being able to work on my computer late at night without sacrificing my ability to fall asleep afterwards. To my surprise, I discovered an unexpected perk for my tendency to stay up playing Breath of the Wild on my Nintendo Switch until the early hours of the morning. Normally, I would find myself wide awake at 3am, unable to tear myself away from the game. However, with these on, I found myself feeling drowsy and actually drifting off to sleep with the Switch still in my hand.

These glasses do a good job of blocking blue light. I put them on at night, but I haven't seen any changes in my sleep patterns or melatonin levels. I'm not convinced they actually make a difference.
