I purchased these to prepare me for sleep by blocking blue light. I especially like the frame design incorporating lateral coverage for both eyes. Most blue-blocker designs I've seen online do not have this. I've noticed since wearing them that I'm drowsier and bedtime, and falling asleep is easier.
