ABOUT THE PRODUCT

What is the difference of this from the original one?
We recently upgraded the padding of these work knee pads, making them thicker than your current version. This way, the raised bottom will not stick out as much, and the knees feel snugger inside the knee pads. Should you have more questions, let us know at wecare@nocry.com. What is the purpose of the bump?

We raised the bottom of the cap for the improved model so the ankles would be more supported too as its purpose is to take some stress away from the ankle by raising it higher. The raised "lip" also offers extra stability while kneeling. Should you have more questions, let us know at wecare@nocry.com. We would be happy to assist you.

What should I do if they keep sliding down?
If the knee pads keep slipping down, then a little adjustment may help to give the knee pads a better fit and keep them secured. In such cases, we suggest to crisscross the straps when putting on the knee pads so that the straps form an "X" shape on the back of your knees. Disappointing compared to all the buzz

The padding is just mediocre and no matter how I adjust the straps, they just won't stay in place. I was really hoping for a better experience with these, but unfortunately they're going straight in the garbage. I'll be on the lookout for a gel pad that offers more coverage and support.

Inadequate knee protection

Beware, the knee pad does not stay in place when you bend down. My friend's knee made direct contact with the hard concrete because of this design flaw. We had to return the product due to this issue.
