Warranty Claim

The process for filling out and submitting the warranty claim should not take more than 5 minutes. Please follow the steps below:

1. Download the PDF file by clicking on Download.
2. Fill out all the fields.
3. Save the PDF file to your computer once filled out.
4. Upload it to the field below and click on Submit.

Please ensure you have filled in all the fields, which are mandatory for us to evaluate your claim. At NoCry’s discretion, any claim request found incorrect or fraudulent will be disapproved. Failure to completely and accurately fill out this form may result in the rejection of this claim. 

Rest assured that once you have submitted your warranty claim, we will review the case and get back to you within 24 hours once we have concluded our investigation. We appreciate your patience with us in this matter.
