The Bag Could Have Doubled as a Superior Knee Cushion

I was highly disappointed with the product I received. It took a whole five (5) days to arrive, and when it did, I couldn't believe how thin it was. The bag it came in would probably offer more knee support than this item. Despite re-reading the description, which did mention it was ".7 in" thick, I was still misled by the pictures. I didn't even bother taking it out of the bag before deciding to return it right away. Such a waste of time.
