Are they heat resistant?
No, these cut resistant work gloves are not heat-resistant. However, thank you so much for the idea. i have forwarded it to the relevant team. Are they touchscreen?

Are they food safe?

I had purchased a pair of NoCry gloves without grip dots in a medium size that fit me like a glove. So I decided to try the ones with grip dots in the same size, but unfortunately, the fit was all wrong. While the palm size was fine, the fingers were way too slim and tight for comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn't use them at all.

Update: After sharing my feedback, NoCry reached out with an apology and offered to replace my order. They also provided a refund for my purchase. I really appreciate their responsiveness and generosity. Thank you for handling the situation so honorably!

Outstanding Product and Exceptional Customer Support!

This product is truly exceptional and expertly crafted. In addition, the Customer Service provided by this company surpasses any I have encountered before. I followed the size chart and ordered a small set of gloves, which did fit, but were slightly constricting around my fingers. Upon reaching out to the company, they promptly and willingly sent me a replacement pair of Medium gloves. These new gloves are absolutely ideal and function flawlessly. Incorrect sizing information

I followed the provided sizing chart and opted for a small, but regrettably, I should have gone with a medium. It's quite a struggle to squeeze my hand in there. My expectations were not met, and I am genuinely disheartened.
