What are the advantages of the Thigh Strap Knee pads compared to the regular Knee pad?

About the thigh safety knee pads, we have added two fully adjustable hook-and-loop straps that wrap around your shin and your thigh, securing your knee pads. They stay put on my legs

I have tried numerous knee pads, and these are by far the best. They actually stay in place and don't constantly slide down my skinny legs. Plus, they are super comfortable.

Overly cumbersome...

Uncomfortable and irritating straps make these knee pads a pain to wear. Just like with any other pair, they are the first to show signs of wear and tear.

Quality Control Issues with Decent Knee Protectors

I was disappointed to find that one of the straps on these kneepads was already loose and unstitched when I opened the box. While the kneepads themselves seem to be of decent quality, it's frustrating to encounter a defect like this right away. Unfortunately, I need them urgently so I won't be able to return them. It feels like I ended up with the short end of the stick in this situation.
