CutGuard Ultra-Elastic Cut Resistant Gloves

I have a penchant for spicy food, which means I often find myself chopping onions and cloves of garlic. One day, I got a bit too enthusiastic and ended up emitting strong vapors! A friend suggested I try using "Food Gloves", so I did a quick search and decided to give them a try. They are slightly larger than expected, leaving a bit too much room at my fingertips. I would recommend considering a smaller size if possible. However, I no longer have to worry about my fingers smelling like onions and garlic, plus there is the added bonus of protecting myself from knife edges. Overall, a great purchase!

After just three uses, the gloves were easily sliced by my knife. I cannot in good conscience recommend this product.

I have to admit, these gloves appeared to be of good quality at first glance. But after just one use (which also happened to be my inaugural attempt at using a mandoline), I noticed two holes had formed at the fingertips. The gloves were a tad too long and simply couldn't hold up against the sharp blade of the mandoline.

I purchased these gloves as a gift for my sister, and she absolutely adores them. They were at the top of her Christmas and birthday wish lists, so I'm thrilled that they lived up to her expectations. Thank you for not letting us down!

I absolutely adore using these gloves, especially when handling large or slippery items or when using a mandoline. When I first got them, I was living solo and had a fear of accidentally cutting myself while slicing potatoes. Now, everyone in my household swears by them and even some of my relatives have bought their own pairs for their kitchens. I cannot recommend them enough.
