PROTECTION THAT WORKS AS HARD AS YOU DO.

When the woods bite, bite back harder. The ForestArmor Pro arborist hard hat is your full-send solution for forestry, chainsaw work, and outdoor hellscapes that don’t play nice. Tough ABS shell and 6-point suspension take the hit and keep steady, while the steel mesh visor with side guards blocks flying debris without fogging up. Built-in earmuffs drop the noise, not your focus, and the lightweight, adjustable design keeps you comfortable from sunup to sundown without turning your head into a pressure cooker. For pros who don’t cut corners, even when cutting trees.

  • IMPACT-READY HELMET PROTECTION. ANSI Z89.1 Type 1, Class C helmet with a tough ABS shell and 6-point suspension system.
  • REFLECTIVE DESIGN. High-vis reflective stickers on the front and sides help you stay visible when the light fades.
  • FOG-FREE FACE & EYE COVERAGE. Steel mesh visor with side guards blocks debris while maintaining airflow and clear visibility.
  • BUILT-IN HEARING PROTECTION. Integrated earmuffs rated at NRR 22 dB reduce noise without cutting off awareness.
  • VENTILATION & WEATHER PROTECTION. Rear vent lets you control airflow while the rubber visor seal helps keep water out.
  • SECURE, CUSTOM FIT. Ratchet adjustment, padded chin strap, and adjustment knob keep the helmet stable and comfortable.
  • LIGHTWEIGHT & ALL-DAY COMFORT. Balanced, lightweight design reduces fatigue so you can wear it all day without your neck begging for mercy.

FULL PROTECTION. ZERO EXCUSES.

Overpriced plaything Update

Honestly, I really should have been more cautious. I had hoped that spending $40 would result in a decent product, but I was sorely mistaken. The helmet feels incredibly cheap, almost like something you would find in a children's toy store. The hearing protection is slightly better, but I would say it's only worth about $20. If you're working around trees that could potentially drop heavy limbs, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product.

I am pleased to report that after leaving this review, the company promptly refunded my money and even offered to send me a replacement product. However, I declined the offer.

Effortless setup, perfect fit, and effective noise reduction with the ear muffs.

I bought this item right after hurricane Helene hit WNC. There were so many trees down on my property and my neighbors', so I needed a face shield for my helmet. I also got some universal chin straps to keep it secure. This product was fantastic and really kept me safe while I was cutting up trees.

Satisfactory performance

Affordable price and seems to be well-made. Impact testing was not conducted.

Honesty in marketing

I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but they arrived just as described and were a breeze to put together.

Questions we get about this one

From support tickets and review themes, answered the way we'd answer a text.

How do I get the right fit?

If it comes in sizes, the size guide next to the size options lists the measurements. Adjustable gear says how it adjusts under Specs. Wrong fit? Send it back and we swap it.

What is the rating for?

What it says on the product page under Safety information, and nothing more. We say what it's tested to, and what it isn't.

Can I buy for a crew?

Packs of 2 to 10 are priced per unit above. For 15 or more, or mixed products and sizes, Brian, our sales account manager, quotes it within one business day.
