ForestArmor+ Lightweight Forestry Safety Helmet

I decided to upgrade my helmet to this one and I'm really happy with my choice. It feels durable and comfortable to wear. I appreciate that it comes with both a clear shield and a mesh option. My previous helmet was made of metal, but I like that this one is made of plastic, which seems to be the standard now.

I have been a proud owner of a Stihl helmet for some time now, and I recently purchased a second one as a backup. The helmet is of good quality and I appreciate how well the fold-down shield functions. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the screw tightener on the back of the helmet when trying to adjust it while wearing it. Additionally, I found it challenging to get the ear muffs to fit snugly. Despite these minor issues, I still believe that this helmet is a worthwhile purchase for the price. I plan on continuing to use it, but I do wish that the tightening mechanisms were a bit more user-friendly.

However, I initially had an issue with the design due to the hearing protectors hanging down too long and being unable to adjust them. It seemed like a waste and made the helmet unusable. But, after realizing my mistake in not following the instructions correctly, I found that the helmet actually fits very well when assembled properly. The company was kind enough to offer reimbursement for my mistake, which I appreciated. Overall, I am pleased with the helmet and apologize for my initial confusion.
