COMPLETE PROTECTION. TOTAL CONTROL.

This ain’t your average hard hat. ForestArmor+ is a full-on forestry protection system built for chainsaw work, brush clearing, and serious outdoor jobs. It combines a tough PP hard hat with 6-point suspension, metal mesh visor, polycarbonate face shield, and integrated earmuffs — all adjustable and built to take a hit. Six configurable setups let you adapt on the fly, while the lightweight, ANSI-rated design stays comfortable enough for long days in the field. Fits over glasses, masks, and big ambitions, giving pro-level protection for both professionals and weekend warriors.

  • IMPACT-READY & ANSI RATED. Forestry hard hat with 6-point suspension absorbs top impacts.
  • CONFIGURABLE DESIGN. 6-in-1 setup lets you swap visors, adjust angles, and rotate earmuffs.
  • FOG-FREE EYE COVERAGE. Steel mesh visor keeps airflow steady while the polycarbonate face shield blocks without fogging your vision.
  • BUILT-IN HEARING PROTECTION. Integrated earmuffs with PU foam, PVC leather cushions, and HIPS cups with an SNR 25.9 dB rating.
  • WEATHER PROTECTION. Soft rubber visor seal helps keep rain and debris out.
  • SECURE, CUSTOM FIT. Ratchet adjustment, padded chin strap, and ergonomic headband keep the helmet stable.
  • ALL-DAY COMFORT. Lightweight, balanced build with polyester webbing suspension reduces fatigue.

WORK SAFELY. WORK CONFIDENTLY. WORK FEARLESSLY™.

Head, face and earsOne piece of gear

A hard hat with six-point suspension, a steel mesh visor, a clear polycarbonate shield and ear muffs that mount on the shell. One thing to put on instead of four.

  • Helmet: 6-point suspension, ratchet fit for heads 21.2 to 24.4 in
  • Face: steel mesh visor and polycarbonate shield, both included
  • Ears: muffs, SNR 25.9 dB
  • Rated: EN 397 helmet, EN 352 ear muffs, ANSI Z87.1-2015

See it in motion

Mesh or clear

Mesh for chainsaw work: it does not fog and it lets air through. The clear shield for brush cutting and trimmer line. A mesh visor does not stop fine dust, so wear safety glasses under it.

Set the fit

The ratchet sets the headband between 21.2 and 24.4 inches. The visor angle and the muff position both adjust, and the chin strap is padded.

Overpriced plaything Update

Honestly, I really should have been more cautious. I had hoped that spending $40 would result in a decent product, but I was sorely mistaken. The helmet feels incredibly cheap, almost like something you would find in a children's toy store. The hearing protection is slightly better, but I would say it's only worth about $20. If you're working around trees that could potentially drop heavy limbs, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product.

I am pleased to report that after leaving this review, the company promptly refunded my money and even offered to send me a replacement product. However, I declined the offer.

Effortless setup, perfect fit, and effective noise reduction with the ear muffs.

I bought this item right after hurricane Helene hit WNC. There were so many trees down on my property and my neighbors', so I needed a face shield for my helmet. I also got some universal chin straps to keep it secure. This product was fantastic and really kept me safe while I was cutting up trees.

Satisfactory performance

Affordable price and seems to be well-made. Impact testing was not conducted.

Honesty in marketing

I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but they arrived just as described and were a breeze to put together.
