These knee pads are my go to ones when working indoors on smooth surfaces. I have another pair which I wear for outdoor or rough surfaces since they have a hard plastic cap. These have a softer material which may get damaged if you are not selective where to use them. These will be fine for landscaping on dirt, grass, indoor installing flooring where you are not constant sliding on rough concrete. Since they are more comfy than hard ones the trade off is beneficial during extended use.

Knee padding is essential for my husband on hard surfaces working on a project or on the ground when weeding and planting in our gardens, and these are large enough to fully cover and protect his knees while being comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. There is a silicone edge around the inside top that keeps the pads from slipping or sliding while changing position, and the wide long upper and lower straps wrap around above and below the knees to ensure they are just the right tightness for comfort without binding when changing positions to kneel, sit, or stand. He says these are the ones he’ll be using from now on, they’re that good.

How it all started.

Back in ‘14, Raino Raasuke (on the right!) decided it was time to create the best safety gear ever. At the time, the professional gear market was split in two. On the one hand, you had well made but expensive equipment the average person just couldn’t afford. And on the other, you had cheap, poor quality stuff that fell apart in days. There was no middle ground.
